General Information and Pricing
All of our Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffets include:
Disposable Dinnerware on the Buffet
Plastic Cups Preset or at a Beverage Station
Self Service Food and Beverage
For Upscale Plasticware add $ .75 Per Guest
For Silverware rolled in Linen Napkins add $ .35 Per Guest
For China Plates and Glassware add $1.25 Per Guest
For Beverage Table Service add $1.25 Per Guest

Guarantee
All Functions must provide a guarantee of attendance 3 business days prior to the event or 5 business days prior to the event for over 500 guests. This number is not subject to reduction and we will charge for the guarantee or the number of people served, whichever is greater. We cannot be held responsible for food, beverage and table settings for more than 5% over the guaranteed number provided.

Labor Charges
A $50.00 set-up fee per bar will be applied to all bars. If each bar exceeds $300.00 in sales, the set-up fee will be waived. There is a minimum of one bar for every 100 guests.

Sales Tax
By Kansas State Law, the sales tax is applied to the total bill including service charges.

Linen
Various colors of linen tablecloths and napkins are available at an additional charge.

Menus and Pricing
You may mix and match the lunch and dinner hot buffet items. Prices listed do not include sales taxes. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Split menus will be an additional $2.00 per person.

Cancellation
Any event canceled within 14 days of the event is subject to a cancellation penalty.

Payment
Unpaid balances will be accessed a 1.5% service charge monthly.
